AvonleA – Booking terms and conditions
These general conditions apply between Avonlea and customers booking either individually or through another party, according to the terms listed in our written confirmation.
When will my booking be binding?
The booking is binding for both Avonlea and customer as soon as Avonlea has confirmed the booking request and the deposit (or the whole rental sum) has been paid within the specified time limit. Your reservation will then be confirmed by post.
What, when and who do I pay?
You pay the listed price according to Special Conditions.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel in writing via e-mail: email@example.com
Your cancellation must be confirmed by Avonlea, by e-mail.
The rental fee does NOT include cleaning service, bed linen, towels or breakfast, unless otherwise requested and specified in your confirmation.
Deposit and final payments
Within 5 working days of booking confirmation from Avonlea a deposit of 20% of the rent shall be made payable to Luella Godman.
Final rental payment shall be paid in full to Luella Godman at least 12 days before arrival.
22 days or more prior to arrival date: 10% of booking price
21-5 days prior to arrival date: 50% of booking price
Less than 4 days prior to arrival date: 100%
Payment shall be made to Bankgiro 240-1842 for Swedish guests, or for international guests:
